WANTED: Off-Campus Interview Coordinator
The Wellesley College Alumnae of Boston is looking for an alum to become the Off-Campus Interview Coordinator for the Admissions Committee. Re-live the excitement of applying to college by helping applicants learn about our incredible community and help shape future classes of Wellesley women.
The WCAB admissions team operates in a variety of roles to support Wellesley's admissions process. This role will help coordinate the WCAB Off-Campus interviews – typically anywhere between 50-75 interviews a season. It used to be a manual process through email, now it's mostly software-based, but still requires a good deal of coordination and emails!
Responsibilities include soliciting new interviewers and walking them through portal sign up (we typically have 35-40 regulars, but are always looking for more), coordinating interviews through the portal (assigning interviews based on location, following up to make sure the interviewers connect with the students, fielding questions, interacting with the college admissions department), closing the loop at the end of the cycle (letting interviewers know when students have been accepted).
This role will require a few hours per week late summer through spring and more time during late winter/early spring when application deadlines are approaching.
If you are interested, please contact the current Admissions Co-Chairs: Sam Tackeff at email@example.com and Dominique Ledoux at firstname.lastname@example.org.
